Chase is the former boyfriend of Emily, and once was engaged to Kellen[Citation needed]. He seems to come from a wealthy family[Citation needed] but they haven't been seen yet.
Chase lives on chaos and makes a lot of dumb decisions. Some of his highlights were committing statutory rape on Emily[Citation needed], giving alcohol to minors[1][2], and outting Rain to Aiken[Citation needed].
